We are living through one of the greatest periods of transformation in history. Artificial intelligence, longevity science, changing demographics, and neuroscience are reshaping the way we lead, care, and connect. My work helps organizations understand what's changing, what it means, and how to respond with confidence, compassion, and purpose.

I've spent most of my life asking the same question.

How do we prepare people for a future that's changing faster than ever, while holding onto the things that make us human?

Sometimes that question has led me into the worlds of aging, brain health, and artificial intelligence.

Sometimes it has led me to mentor young people searching for purpose and direction.

Sometimes it has meant helping organizations navigate change or writing a children's book that helps families talk about dementia with honesty and compassion.

To me, those aren't separate pursuits, they're all connected by a simple belief:

The future will be shaped by people who can embrace innovation without sacrificing empathy, purpose, or human connection.

That's the conversation I hope to have every time I step onto a stage.

Why This Matters

We are living through a period of extraordinary change.

Humans are living longer, working across more generations, and navigating advances that are reshaping nearly every aspect of our lives.

Artificial intelligence is accelerating what's possible, our understanding of health and longevity continues to evolve, and younger generations are stepping into a future filled with promise and challenges we're only beginning to understand.

Progress isn't simply about what becomes possible, it's about what we choose to do with those possibilities, how we prepare people for what comes next, and whether we preserve the relationships, empathy, wisdom, and sense of purpose that help us thrive through change.

That's what matters most to me.

My work isn't about predicting the future. It's about helping people and organizations navigate change thoughtfully, bring generations together, and create a future where progress serves people rather than leaving them behind.

About Me

If you ask me who I am, the first answer is simple.
I'm a father to two amazing humans.

Everything else has grown from there.

Over the years I've had the privilege of advising organizations, exploring emerging technologies, studying brain health, working alongside healthcare leaders, and mentoring young people as they discover their own path.

As I look back on my journey, I'm struck by how often very different experiences have taught me the same lesson. No matter the setting or the challenge, meaningful progress has always begun with people. It grows through relationships, trust, compassion, and a shared sense of purpose. It comes from leaders who are willing to serve, mentors who choose to invest in others, and communities where every generation is valued for the wisdom and perspective it brings. More than anything else, that's what continues to inspire my work and gives me hope for the future.
